Short Description:

Business System Analyst 4 to support DOC implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) solution. Must possess clinical healthcare experience and solid grounding in business systems analysis best practices.

Complete Description:

Supports the EHR program. Familiar with HL7, CDA, FHIR. Works with Health IT unit and clinical teams to document and translate requirements. Provides business analysis for clinical workflows, contributes to implementations and ensures VITA-compliant processes.

Tasks include: requirements gathering, architecture review, integration planning, documentation, and compliance. Helps with readiness procedures, internal reporting, and operational metrics.

• System/UAT Testing & Reporting: Required – 4 Years
• Workflow Analysis (Visio, Use Cases): Required – 4 Years
• Large System Implementation: Required – 3 Years
