Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes. Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability. Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Create use case narratives. Assist in User Acceptance Testing. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, Professional Studies, or Engineering (any) is required.
