Short Description:

Business Systems Analyst 4 needed for an in-house software development project for the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. Responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements to replace the current system with a modern work management solution.

About the Role:

The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, gather technical and functional requirements, and support the implementation of the new SERFIS system. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and experience in enterprise-grade systems.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities – 5+ Years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – 5+ Years
• Ability to work independently and in team environments – 5+ Years
• Highly self-motivated and directed – 5+ Years
• Proficiency with Microsoft, Visio, SharePoint, and Office – 5+ Years

• Experience eliciting functional/technical requirements – 5+ Years
