We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Analyst to support data-driven initiatives and cloud-based application development in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

The role involves collaborating with technical and business teams to gather requirements, improve workflows, and support the integration of advanced technologies including APIs, data models, and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and supporting business strategies by gathering critical data, analyzing market trends, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations for the organization.
- Designing surveys, researching client preferences, evaluating feedback, analyzing data, gathering project requirements, and proposing solutions aimed at boosting profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assisting in redesigning and documenting business processes to support the integration of new technology and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborating with technical teams to map data between systems, defining API endpoints, data models, and error-handling requirements to ensure seamless integration with the organization’s existing infrastructure.
- Leveraging IT and business process knowledge to recommend solutions to business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilizing advanced data mining techniques to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Managing, maintaining, and optimizing organizational databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval that supports business processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, aligning data models and systems with organizational goals and supporting future growth.
- Using Python and database expertise to integrate and map business data across systems, ensuring accurate and consistent data analysis.
- Working with technical teams to design and implement business systems that incorporate machine learning models and data analytics tools to meet user requirements and enhance business performance.
- Documenting system requirements, data flows, and configurations to facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Supporting testing by creating test cases, validating API responses, and ensuring that the API provides accurate data and functions as expected within the target environment.
- Engaging with end users to understand their needs, translating these into functional requirements, and collaborating with UI/UX designers to create an intuitive and efficient interface.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IS, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar agile tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
